  • 2 strips turkey bacon
  • 2 ounces chicken ham
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop it into small pieces.
  3. In a baking dish, layer the chopped turkey bacon and chicken ham.
  4. Crack the eggs over the ham and bacon mixture.
