- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups peeled and chopped apples
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
