Apple Crumble Cheesecake

A delicious blend of apple and cheesecake topped with a crumbly topping.

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 large apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Mix sliced apples with cinnamon and layer over the crust.
  4. Blend cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Pour over the apples.
  5. In another bowl, mix brown sugar and flour. Crumble over the cheesecake filling.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes until the filling is set.
  7. Let it cool before removing from the pan. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add nuts to the crumble topping.
  • Serve with whipped cream for an indulgent touch.
