- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 large apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Mix sliced apples with cinnamon and layer over the crust.
- Blend cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Pour over the apples.
- In another bowl, mix brown sugar and flour. Crumble over the cheesecake filling.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until the filling is set.
- Let it cool before removing from the pan. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add nuts to the crumble topping.
- Serve with whipped cream for an indulgent touch.
