- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup melted butter
- 4 packages (8 oz) cream cheese
- 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups sliced apples
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth, then add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and bake for 50 minutes.
- While baking, mix sliced apples with cinnamon, nutmeg, and brown sugar.
- In a separate bowl, combine oats and flour for the topping.
- After the cheesecake has baked for 50 minutes, add the apple mixture on top, followed by the oat topping.
- Bake for an additional 20 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
