- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a saucepan, boil the apple cider until reduced to 1/2 cup.
- In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
