  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas and mix in the sugar and butter.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, and mix well.
  4. Stir in the baking soda and salt.
  5. Add the flour gradually and mix until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
