30-Minute Ground Beef Stroganoff

A creamy, flavorful ground beef stroganoff that can be made in just 30 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 12 ounces egg noodles
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add onions and garlic, cooking until soft.
  4. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  5. Stir in mushrooms and cook until tender.
  6. Sprinkle flour over the meat mixture and stir to combine.
  7. Slowly add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, stirring to thicken.
  8. Reduce heat to low and stir in sour cream until heated through.
  9. Serve sauce over egg noodles.
