  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 4 hoagie rolls

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the turkey bacon and cook until crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the ground beef and cook until browned.
  4. Add the sliced onion and bell pepper, cooking until soft.
  5. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Place the provolone cheese on top of the beef mixture and cover until melted.
  7. Divide the mixture among the hoagie rolls and top with crispy turkey bacon.
  8. Serve immediately.
